We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our Metro and Metro West team to focus on recruitment!

On-Site Location: Fridley, MN

Hours of Position: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation: Starting at $23.00

Job Type: Full-Time

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using applicant tracking system and various external platforms
• Post and update job openings in systems
• Screen incoming applications and schedule interviews
• Interview candidates as needed
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees
• Oversee new hire training process
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Assist HR team with various projects
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, another related field, or requisite experience in the field
• Knowledge and understanding of current state and federal employment law
• Competent with various software packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass MVR check, maintain a valid driver's license and insurance and a state background check clearance
