This position will be required to travel among our two Assisted Living facilities
Duluth, MN 55807 AND
Wrenshall, MN 55797
Typical Job Duties
Provide routine individualized care to the residents
Monitor and report changes in resident health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing
Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medications, checking vitals and blood sugars
Assisting with room cleans and serving meals
Scheduling client appointments
Transporting clients to appointments or coordination of transportation
May assist with other administrative tasks as needed
### Minimum Education Required
High School/GED/CNA license
### Minimum Experience Required
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to pass a MN DHS background check
Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
Every Other Weekend Availability Required
Previous PCA or CNA experience preferred but not required
