AHL HealthCare Group is hiring a Float Resident Aide/CNA to work within our Assisted Living Division.

Garden Terrace and Wesley Residence provide assisted living services to people needing personalized support and people who want to age with dignity and a full life. Compensation:
- $21.00-$22.50/hour
- Mileage reimbursement
Location:
- This position will be required to travel among our two Assisted Living facilities
- Duluth, MN 55807 AND
- Wrenshall, MN 55797
Hours of Position:
- Part-time with potential of working full-time hours if desired
- Open availability
- This position may work a variety of AM, PM or overnight shifts depending on scheduling needs
- Variety of 8 and 12 hour shifts
Typical Job Duties:
- Provide routine individualized care to the residents
- Monitor and report changes in resident health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing
- Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medications, checking vitals and blood sugars
- Assisting with room cleans and serving meals
- Scheduling client appointments
- Transporting clients to appointments or coordination of transportation
- May assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background check
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
- Every other weekend availability required
- Previous PCA or CNA experience preferred but not required
