AHL HealthCare Group is hiring a temporary Assisted Living Program Coordinator (Housing Manager) to oversee our Wesley Residence assisted living. This is a temporary position with potential opportunities to grow into a permanent role!

Compensation:
- $24.00/hour
Location:
- Wesley Residence
- Duluth, MN 55807
Hours of Position:
- Full-time
- Typical hours are Monday-Friday
Typical Job Duties:
- Provides receptionist/clerical support to program including greeting visitors and answering phones
- Maintaining resident and employee files, printing monthly service charts and daily assignments
- Creates all schedules
- Completes bi-weekly payroll duties
- Writes and presents performance evaluations
- Maintains positive relationships with residents, their families, housing and home care staff
- Provides tours to potential residents
- Coordination with county to identify adequate waiver and rate tools
- Participate in team meetings
- Plan and implement activities and entertainment for residents
- Participates in resident council meetings
- Complete all ordering for Wesley Residence
- Maintains documentation system
- Assists as needed in covering open shifts
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Associate or bachelor's degree in health science, nursing, business administration or another related field OR
- Previous experience as a caregiver and/or office manager and at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience working in an Assisted Living setting
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check
Additional Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English in a fluent manner
- Ability to communicate with clients in a variety of creative ways
- Must possess sight/hearing senses, or use of prosthetic services that will enable senses to function adequately
- Ability to make independent decisions based upon standard policies and procedures
- Reliability and flexibility are a must
