How You Will Contribute
You will drive strong performance of your team through selling profitable sprinkler construction projects and executing exceptional customer service to Milwaukee, WI customers. You will actively manage the profit and loss of the sprinkler project portion of the Milwaukee Regional financials, determining annual contract sales goals for the region and individual sales team members’ goals. You will have direct oversight of acquisition and overall sprinkler project execution. The following positions will report directly to you; Construction Superintendent, Design Manager and Sales Project Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while mentoring and growing Ahern’s contract business.
What You Need To Qualify
Ahern will make the most of your 7 years of experience in a construction type sales/project management type role in a related field, combined with post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience managing financial results is preferred. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
