Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Peachtree Centre, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility with 30 short-term rehab beds.
Peachtree offers both short- and long-term rehabilitation, as well as outpatient therapy, in a state-of-the-art rehab gym designed to maximize residents’ functional outcomes and independence.

⚙️ Responsibilities
Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver and document evidence-based therapy sessions.
Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities.
Educate residents and caregivers on home exercise and therapy continuation.
Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and quality standards.
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Access continuing education opportunities to maintain clinical competency.
✔️ Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
Current PT license in the state of practice
BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
