Peachtree offers both long- and short-term rehab along with outpatient services.
The facility features a state-of-the-art rehab gym and focuses on community reintegration to help residents reach their highest functional potential.
Located just 40 minutes from Charlotte, NC, and 30 minutes from Spartanburg, SC, Peachtree provides a professional environment with excellent leadership and a collaborative therapy team.

⚙️ Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments to residents according to treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Assist the Physical Therapist with tests, evaluations, and complex treatment procedures.
- Observe, record, and report resident conditions, reactions, and responses.
- Maintain daily treatment records and progress notes.
- Assist in consultations with family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support care of the therapy department equipment.
- Participate in in-service programs and departmental/facility meetings.
- Access continuing education opportunities to maintain clinical competency.
- Adhere to company and facility policies, regulatory standards, and quality improvement programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understand reimbursement and allocate therapy resources efficiently.
- Support the company’s mission and maintain a professional image.
- Independently perform duties while recognizing situations requiring supervision.
- Maintain expected productivity levels.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current license or eligible under state statutes
- BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
