Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support core HR functions. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll, while helping attract and onboard top talent, and maintaining employee records and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule using Paycom
- Maintain employee records, timekeeping, and payroll data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage payroll discrepancies, adjustments, and audits
- Support HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and reporting
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with HR functions including benefits administration and reporting
Qualifications:
• 2 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and related regulations.
• Proficiency with full payroll software (ATS, HRIS, payroll).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
