Experienced Automotive Detailer/Shop Helper
Site: Commercial Automotive Paint & Body Repair Center (Buda, TX)

We are a large independent Commercial Vehicle, RV, and Specialty Vehicle, paint and body repair center known for our high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer/Shop Helper to join our team and help maintain our standards of excellence.
The right candidate for this position would be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, detailing (interior and exterior), and preparing our customer's vehicles after repairs have been completed, using the shop vehicles to run various errands as needed, as well as supporting the cleanliness of our interior and exterior shop areas. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complete interior, and exterior vehicle detailing including, but not limited to; washing, some waxing, vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and interior shampooing
- Preparing vehicles for delivery to customers by ensuring a high-quality finish
- Assist with moving vehicles safely around the lot and shop
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, and work areas
- Support shop technicians through consistent organization, and minor facility related tasks
- Follow all safety procedures, and company policies
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven automotive detailing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 4 years
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 75lbs
- Able to stand and remain active for 9 hours per shift
- Comfortable working at heights when necessary
- Strong communication skills
- CDL A or B license is a plus
- Have reliable daily transportation
- Forklift experience preferred
- Full time (44 hours weekly): Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
