AguaFina Gardens International is an award winning landscape Design/Build firm specializing in landscape design and construction, stone setting, water features, and Garden Décor. AFGI has been established for more than 30 years and is currently serving a global clientele with the core focus of work occurring in Metro Detroit.
AFGI is seeking an Office Administrator with very strong Bookkeeping experience and excellent communication skills. We have an amazing customer base and this position requires a skillful communicator who is both friendly and firm at the same time.
This position is a multitasking role that will support both the overall company accounting (about 30% of workflow), along with other roles that can vary based on the seasonality of our work. Tasks include intake of client requests, contacting clients for scheduling purposes, assisting in crew schedules and general office coordination.. Must be comfortable working in a construction related environment - No fancy clothes required here! Skills and knowledge needed:
- Very strong experience in QuickBooks using multiple registers.
- Proficiency in Google Business products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office w/ exceptional knowledge of Excel
- Experience in A/R and A/P as well as P&L ,balance sheets, commissions tracking and disbursements, and payroll tracking (ADP or other third party)
- Organized and data driven professional with experience tracking costs and overhead
