Job Summary
We are a plumbing supply company in El Monte, CA, looking for a responsible, friendly, detail-oriented Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position combines customer service, counter sales, warehouse operations, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Process sales transactions using the company point-of-sale (POS) system
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries
- Pick and pull materials accurately for customer orders
- Count and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips
- Load and unload deliveries
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain proper product placement
- Assemble and organize warehouse shelving as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse and sales area
- Perform light janitorial duties such as disinfecting workstations and common areas
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and arithmetic skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work overtime when needed

Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Overtime)
