We are a plumbing supply store located in South El Monte seeking a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. In this role, you will assist walk-in customers, answer product questions, process orders, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection and orders
- Answer customer questions and help identify the right products
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Follow up on customer orders to help ensure timely fulfillment
- Receive incoming shipments and assist with stocking inventory
- Pull and stage materials for customer orders
- Keep the sales counter, warehouse, shelves, and showroom clean and organized
- Perform light janitorial duties to help maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with general store and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Plumbing or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
Training will be provided.
