ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Assist in the development of guest invitation lists for special events conducted by the Agua Caliente Casino and Spa Resort Casino.
- Conveys terms of Player's Club Program and explains qualification requirements to prospective gaming guests.
- Tracks and prepares reports, for the Director of Player Development, on specific players and/or groups of players.
- Assists the Slot Department and/or Table Games Department at Agua Caliente Casino.
- Resort and Spa with the operation of gaming tournaments..
- Identifies and initiates relationships with new guests for possible enrollment into the Player's Club.Assist and make hotel reservations for guests..
- Assist and make reservation for guests for on and off property outlets (ie.Spa, Restaurants & Golf).
GAMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualification Requirements
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Experience in the gaming industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal skills, ability to be creative and innovative in guest satisfaction.
- Ability to resolve applicable guest concerns.
- Enjoys interfacing with people and have the ability to make each guest feel welcome.
- Service quality characteristics including courtesy, promptness, and professionalism.
- Analytical skills and good computer skills necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.
- Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
- Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
