Required Education And/or Experience
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities (other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Assist in the expediting of all food items from the kitchen line to the guest tables in an expedient and professional manner.
- Prepare all service carts and trays for transport.
- Must be able to identify all menu items by sight and have knowledge of their descriptions, to recognize all table numbers and seating positions.
- Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations.
- Remains up to date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
- May be assigned to Food & Beverage workstations of the casino and/or hotel.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Education And/or Experience
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must be able to obtain and Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
