AgTrust Farm Credit is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to support our Lending team. This hybrid role offers a blend of in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility. In this position, you'll analyze and service complex commercial, agricultural, agribusiness and mortgage loans, including multi‑entity and participation credits. You'll provide high‑level financial analysis, assist loan officers with structuring and closing loans, and help ensure strong credit administration across the Association.

What You'll Do
- Analyze complex credit requests and financial statements
- Evaluate credit risk and recommend approval/denial
- Assign PD ratings and ensure accurate risk classifications
- Support loan officers with loan structuring and due diligence
- Prepare committee recommendations within/above delegated authority
- Provide guidance on lending policies and underwriting
- Mentor junior credit analysts and support process improvement
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent)
- 5 years of commercial/mortgage credit analysis experience
- Strong financial, accounting, and risk assessment skills
- Experience with loan participations and multi‑entity structures
- Prior experience with agricultural or agribusiness operations is preferred but not required
- Solid communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
