• Position Overview
AGT Products is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the company’s sales and marketing initiatives across multiple product lines and industries. This position will play a key role in developing professional marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, supporting customer communications, and helping grow AGT’s presence across digital and traditional marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Materials
Design and create professional sales sheets, product flyers, brochures, and sell sheets
Develop PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, trade shows, and internal sales use
Assist in creating catalogs, price lists, and promotional materials
Maintain and update product images, specifications, and marketing content
Ensure all marketing materials follow AGT branding standards and maintain a clean corporate appearance
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Experience with graphic design and marketing software preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with strong creativity and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
