Role Description
This full-time Inside Sales Coordinator role is based on-site at our facility in Addison, IL. The role includes generating sales quotes, handling customer inquiries, managing order processing, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Coordinator will also assist with maintaining long-term client relationships, collaborate on sales strategies, and support activities that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and the ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain rapport with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with team members and customers
- Experience with Order Processing and ensuring the accuracy of sales orders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with CRM and order management systems is a plus
- Technical aptitude or experience in manufacturing or Point-of-Purchase products is beneficial
