Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose designated appliance problems
- Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
- Repair designated appliances
- Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
- Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
- Educate customers on best practices to maintain their appliances
- Maintain accurate and detailed records including before and after photos of work
- High school diploma/GED
- Associate degree or appliance repair certification preferred
- Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
