ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and diagnose designated appliance problemsEstimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installationRepair designated appliancesProvide preventative maintenance and warranty servicesAdhere to manufacturer recommendationsEducate customers on best practices to maintain their appliancesMaintain accurate and detailed records including before and after photos of work Qualifications High school diploma/GEDAssociate degree or appliance repair certification preferredPrevious experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferredValid driver’s licensePhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent time management skills
