Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation of their MDR platform across enterprise environments
- Work directly with customers to gather technical requirements and translate them into clear deployment and configuration plans
- Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and security teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues
- Support customers during integration and setup, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, implementation guides, and repeatable deployment playbooks
- Act as the main technical point of contact during onboarding until successful customer adoption is achieved
Skills
- Strong background in cybersecurity, IT operations, or technical support within enterprise or SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management systems such as Active Directory and cloud identity platforms
- Familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and related enterprise security tooling
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, or API-based tooling in cloud or hybrid environments
- Strong documentation skills with a focus on building structured onboarding processes and customer enablement materials
