We’re hiring: Support & Onboarding Specialist (Fully Remote | OtterText)
OtterText is growing, and we’re looking for Support & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote role focused on supporting customers, guiding onboarding, and delivering a great overall experience.
What you’ll do
• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and calls
• Guide new customers through onboarding and setup
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with developers when needed
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers
• Stay up to date with new features and emerging tech
• Handle customer data securely and responsibly
• Apply customer success best practices to keep users happy and engaged
What you need to succeed in this role
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support or customer success
• Tech-savvy and comfortable testing and troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Positive, responsible, and reliable attitude
• Experience with CRM systems is a big plus
• Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM)
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
