Cross Border Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Cross-Border Logistics Coordinator to support our growing international logistics operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating cross-border shipments, managing export documentation, and ensuring seamless cargo movement between the United States and Latin America while maintaining compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and internal operating procedures

Key Responsibiliti

• es:Coordinate daily cross-border shipments, including air freight, ground transportation, and bonded cargo movemen
• ts.Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and In-Bond (CBP Form 7512) documentati
• on.Ensure compliance with CBP, TSA, and international shipping regulatio
• ns.Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, and exceptions to customers and stakeholde
• rs.Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, warehouses, and international partners to ensure timely cargo moveme
• nt.Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), bonded warehouse, and in-bond transit operations as requir
• ed.Maintain accurate shipment records and data within logistics management systems such as Magaya, CargoWise, Descartes, or similar platfor
• ms.Assist with shipment tracking, exception management, operational reporting, and process improvemen

Qualifications Requir
