This is a pure sales position. Your mission is simple: identify opportunities, educate homeowners and partners, close the deal, and hand it off to our Project Management team. We handle the builds; you handle the wins.
What You’ll Sell- Roofing Services: Full replacements, emergency repairs, and maintenance.
- Garage Door Services: New high-end installations, motor replacements, and rapid repairs.
- Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Meet with homeowners to provide estimates and solutions for their roofing and garage door needs.
- B2B Networking: Build and maintain high-value relationships with Realtors, Property Management companies, and Insurance Adjusters to create a consistent referral pipeline.
- Market Expansion: Proactively seek out new business through lead follow-up and local networking.
- Seamless Handoff: Gather necessary project details and transition the sale to a dedicated Project Manager for execution.
