What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a collaborative Employee Benefits team committed to exceptional member service.
- Shape the future of employee benefits programs through strategic planning, program development, and financial analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with member agencies, brokers, consultants, carriers, and vendors.
- Provide expert guidance on benefits administration, compliance, and emerging industry trends.
- Competitive Salary: The JPIA anticipates hiring at $153,496, which represents the top of the first third of the established salary range, $131,568 - $197,353.
