What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crop Sales Specialist position at Agriland FS?

As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming.
What we need from you:
- Minimum of a two or four year degree related to agriculture or equivalent experience
- Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
- Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
- Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
