What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Sales Specialist position at Agriland FS?
AGRILAND FS is a financially strong and dependable cooperative. We are looking for a high energy, self-starting sales-person to implement marketing activities and increase sales of Petroleum products and Propane to commercial, farm and home accounts around the Waco, Texas area.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize target marketing, company established sales techniques and contact management system when calling on patrons and prospects
- Prepare proposals & price quotes, explain credit terms, prepare sales agreements for orders obtained and develop customer service plans
- Provide technical product information to customers to earn business
- Plan risk management strategies with targeted energy accounts
Requirements:
- Prefer Associates or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Must have experience selling value added products
- Demonstrate strong communication, persuasive and business skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work beyond normal business hours
- Proven self-starter with the ability to form fast and strong business relationships
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
