Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Lab Technician 2nd
Shift (3pm-11pm). Schedule flexibility required \-- willingness to work
overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shift, as required based on
business needs. Responsibilities include all aspects of product testing,
ingredient screening, sanitation monitoring, loss control prevention,
QA/QC of equipment, record keeping and report generation. Communication
of quality standards and direction of blending/standardizing operations
are also required. Education in Food Science or related field preferred
Or Equivalent Experience Preferred. Lab Experience Preferred. Physical
Requirements include: mostly standing and sitting, some walking, bending
and climbing (multiple flights of stairs on occasion). Must be able to
lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally during the course of a shift. Our
support of employee growth includes promoting from within,
cross-training and 100% tuition reimbursement. Team members are eligible
to access to a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary and
retirement plans which include 401k match. Base rate of pay \$27.74 per
hour plus applicable shift differential. This position also offers
eligibility for rate increases every 6 months for the first 2 years of
