Job Summary:
As a Water Well Driller, you’ll play a crucial role in drilling, installing, and servicing water wells for our valued customers. You’ll be working in all types of soil and weather conditions to ensure water systems are properly installed and fully functional. Your expertise will help meet the growing demand for reliable, clean water solutions in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drill water wells and install pumps and motors, including basic electrical work
- Operate and maintain well drilling equipment in diverse conditions
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs to keep everything running smoothly
- Complete daily reports and work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond promptly to customer emails, texts, and phone calls, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround
- Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, when needed
- Ensure safety and professionalism on every job site, wearing the company safety gear and respecting both customers and coworkers
What We’re Looking For:
- Water Well Driller Certification (required)
- High level of competency in well drilling and equipment operation
- Class A CDL (or ability to obtain one)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment, pumps, and motors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work hard and demonstrate a commitment to excellence
Physical Demands:
- The job involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and driving
- Manual dexterity, vision, and hearing abilities to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site
