Job Summary:
Agri Industries Inc is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. This role supports customers by identifying, sourcing, and providing parts for irrigation systems, and related industrial products. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced parts and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in identifying parts and equipment needs
- Recommend and sell parts and accessories based on customer requirements
- Process customer orders and handle counter sales transactions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure parts availability
- Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and order fulfillment
- Operate forklift as needed for material handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in parts sales or similar environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with computers and capable of learning new programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Forklift experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (required)
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
This position requires regular physical activity in a warehouse and retail counter environment. The employee must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Bend, squat, reach, and move parts and equipment safely
- Work in both indoor warehouse and customer-facing environments
