Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, irrigation technicians, underground construction crews, water well drillers, and other skilled trades as needed
- Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, digging, lifting, and site cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Support setup and breakdown of job sites
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Complete tasks as directed by supervisors and crew leads
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor
- Valid and current driver’s license (required)
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in indoor and outdoor environments, including agricultural facilities, industrial sites, and construction locations. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
