Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator seeking a skilled Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Java and Microservices join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role requires a developer who has experience in working with very complex system using micro services architecture and on large databases Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- You develop deliverables based on Business enhancements Enhance existing applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Work on Digital Transformation and modernize the application based on new technologies
- Experience in working with very complex system using micro services architecture and on large databases Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
- Effective communication skills Time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed to collaborate and work with multiple team
Must Have Skills (required skills)
- 10 years of Application Development and Technology Experience
- 4-6 years experience in working with Design, Development and Implement using Java based applications.
- Expertise in creating the linux scripts, analyzing and debugging the prod issues.
- Proficient in working in oracle Cloud environment Expert in writing oracle SQL queries.
- Experience with Tomcat
- Experience with working in an Agile environment and CI/CD driven development culture Experience with Cloud and DevOps tools (GIT/Stash, Fortify, Jenkins, etc) Partnering with Security, Engineering and Platform/Prod support teams at the appropriate stages in application development to ensure any new systems or projects leverage enterprise Development / DevOps standards
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of Camel 3 Working knowledge of APIGEE Working knowledge of JSON
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer science or similar.
