Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced L3 Data Center Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for mission-critical data center environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across infrastructure systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage backups using Veeam and Rubrik backup and recovery
- VMware Infrastructure Management
- Deploy, Configure, and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure
- Manage virtual machines (VM s), clusters, and ESXi hosts
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization for Cisco UCS & HPE ProLiant Servers
- Perform data restores and disaster recovery testing
- Create reports on backup success and failures and resolve related incidents
- Implement security best practices within the datacenter environment
- Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Good knowledge of windows and Linux operating systems and command-line tools
- Scripting ( PowerShell , Python)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of work experience in datacentre support
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with security best practices and implementing security measures
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security professionals.

Education Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
