Title: Generative AI Engineer
Location: Plano, TX - Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and knowledge stores.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure AI systems follow responsible AI, security, and governance standards.
- Monitor and improve agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in production.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in Machine Learning / AI, with practical experience in Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents / Agentic AI, including:
- Designing and deploying LLM-powered agents
- Implementing planning, reasoning, and tool-calling workflows
- Building single-agent and multi-agent systems
- Programming skills in Python and Spark.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, transformers, NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques.
