- Additional $2.00/hour premium on Fridays after 40 hours worked Monday–Thursday
- Double time pay after 50 hours worked in a work week
- Perform MIG and Flux-core welding on custom fabrication projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Layout, fit, and plan sequences of operation
- Inspect welds and identify weld defects or discontinuities
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Experience with MIG and/or Flux-core welding
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of weld quality standards and discontinuities preferred
- Fabrication experience is a plus
