AGR Sports is looking for a reliable, hands-on Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our indoor paintball and activity park in Houston.
This is a great position for someone who is organized, responsible, takes initiative, and enjoys working in an active entertainment environment. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the facility and make sure everything runs smoothly without constant supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily park operations
- Open and close the facility
- Supervise and coordinate staff
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Check equipment and make sure games and attractions are operating properly
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Manage birthday parties, group events, and walk-in guests
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are needed
- Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety rules
- Help maintain a fun, safe, and professional environment
What we’re looking for:

- Comfortable supervising employees
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, restaurants, paintball, or similar businesses is a plus
Schedule:
Part-time to start, primarily weekends, with opportunities for additional weekday hours as business needs grow.
Pay:
$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
Our Houston location is approximately 10,000 sq. ft., including a 6,000 sq. ft. indoor paintball field, with additional activities including Laser Tag, Bazookaball, Nerf, and MiniBall.
We’re looking for someone who treats the facility like it’s their own — notices problems, takes initiative, and makes sure things get done.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
