Inside Sales Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Coordinator is an essential role that is responsible for providing administrative support to our in-house sales team, by serving as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist and coordinate Sales Executives’ sales efforts
• Process sales purchase orders, enter quotes manually and in e-commerce site
• Work in multiple systems when processing orders
• Review required documents for accuracy and completeness
• Create, update, and maintain customer information in HubSpot CRM
• Provide a positive customer experience
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and website requests
• Field product and process questions from customers

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a CRM system
• Ability to work in multiple systems concurrently
• Attention to detail is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-direction and resourcefulness

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
• A background working in a sales-oriented environment
• Previous sales administrative support experience preferred
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Personable and can-do attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, and deadline driven environmen
