Job Summary
We’re hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and deliveries. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paces environment and values teamwork and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse functions: picking, packing, stocking, and organizing materials
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules
- Assemble/kitting of materials and prepare orders
- Operate forklift, powered jack truck, and use ladders for picking
- Drive company delivery vehicle and assist walk-in customers
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and rotate stock
- Identify and report expired, damaged, or missing products
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Perform light office duties and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn Microsoft Office 365 and QuickBooks

- Warehouse or distribution center background
- Forklift and reach truck operation
- Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping logistics software
- Basic math and packaging skills
