What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Operator position at AGP Ag Processing Inc?
Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is currently seeking a full time Utility operator to join our team in Dawson, MN This person will be responsible for sanitation, maintaining equipment and vacation relief. Employees will perform other tasks relating to a soybean processing facility.
Responsibilities:
Clean equipment, tank farms and outside work areas
Handle any processing materials and supplies required of the operation
Keep all containment areas free of water and trash
Train to perform other production and operations positions
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Willing and able to work days, nights and weekends.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Takes initiative.
Team player.
Must be able to write legibly.
Basic math skills.
Able to understand and follow safety procedures and other instructions.
Able to read and understand manufacturing standards and specifications.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
