In this role, you will call patients or prospective patients who have already filled out a form requesting to be contacted. Your job is to follow up professionally, confirm interest, collect basic information, answer approved campaign questions, and help move qualified individuals to the next step in the client’s process.

This is primarily a communication and administrative support role with some light sales coordination. You are not expected to provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, interpret medical information, or make clinical recommendations.

Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to individuals who submitted a form requesting contact
  • Complete approximately35 calls per hour, depending on campaign needs and call outcomes
  • Use AGORA’s mobile app to place calls, follow scripts, enter notes, and update call statuses
  • Collect required patient or prospect information accurately
  • Confirm interest, availability, and next-step eligibility based on the approved campaign workflow
  • Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic tone on every call
  • Follow all campaign instructions, privacy expectations, and compliance guidelines
  • Attend weekly team meetings for campaign updates, training, and performance feedback
  • Communicate blockers, unclear lead information, or recurring patient questions to the Agent Operations Team

Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
  • Detail-oriented and able to document information accurately
  • Professional, reliable, and responsive in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and basic digital tools
  • Interested in healthcare, patient support, customer service, sales, or administrative work
  • Able to follow scripts while still sounding natural and human
  • Coachable and open to training and feedback

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Reliable phone, internet connection, and quiet calling environment
  • Ability to work approximately 10 hours per week
  • Availability to make calls during approved EST–PST calling windows
  • Ability to work independently as a remote 1099 contractor
  • Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and compliance instructions carefully
  • Willingness to attend weekly team meetings
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, healthcare administration, call centers, or patient coordination is helpful but not required

Important Compliance Note

This is not a clinical role. Patient Follow-Up Specialists do not provide medical advice, interpret medical information, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment. All calls must follow the approved campaign script and escalation process.
