Bilingual Inventory/ Administration

INVENTORY/ADMINISTRATION

Agm Tools of Houston is looking a responsible and experience person in Inventory and Administration very responsible, efficient, honest with a great attitude and be ready to grow with a company with 12 locations.

Responsibilities:

· Inventory accuracy with counts daily, weekly and monthly

· Return damaged or incorrect delivery of products to suppliers to ensure refunds are received for that delivery.

· Negotiation with external and local suppliers

· Reception and review of the product that comes in a container that comes in the correct quantities and in good condition.

· Promote products so that they move in different locations and look for potential customers

· Planning, projection and annual programming to make the product requirement

· Creation of orders, invoices and prices.

· Request, monitoring and reception of cargo by land, sea and air

· Purchase and negotiation of local and foreign products.

· Make a quote for external transportation prices.

· Preparation of expense report.

· Prioritize and supply products to all locations

· Monitoring of payment to suppliers

· Supervision of warehouse personnel

· Support with Collections if it is necessary

· Keep the system updated

Qualifications

-Inventory experience from 2 to 5 years

-Shipping and receiving minimum 2 to 5 years of experience

-Import/Export experience from 2 to 5 years
-Administration
-Must speak Spanish and English fluently
-System NetSuite and QuickBooks Desktop and Online
