Responsibilities
A server/bartender is responsible for creating and serving drinks and food to guests, managing the bar area, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key duties include taking orders, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, and processing payments accurately. Strong customer service, multitasking, and knowledge of the menu are essential for success in this role.
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
