We are searching for a SupplyMaster Support Specialist in Glen, MS. The schedule for this position would be a weekend shift Friday-Sunday, working 12 hours a day from 6am-6pm. This position is designed to offer a variety of support services enabling many different areas of MRO sales and back-office execution that require technical maintenance and/or attention. The position has a large amount of internally focused support activities, as well as supporting the outside sales staff. Although SupplyMaster MRO solutions and duties are a primary role, there are other technical skills required with other internally focused teams, projects, and opportunities.
This role will report to the SupplyMaster Manager.

Responsibilities
- SupplyMaster Vending Machine Support - Deploying MRO and/or maintaining vending machines in customer storerooms. Working at multiple SupplyMaster storeroom accounts required.
- SupplyMaster Bar Code Scanner Support - Deploying and/or maintaining bar code scanning solutions for SupplyMaster accounts, and training staff to successfully use them. Cross training will be a requirement as well.
- SupplyMaster Reporting, Metrics, and Business System Maintenance
- Inside Sales Support - Support for inventory evaluation and other branch needs.
- Feedback: SupplyMaster business efficiency and areas of improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate verbal and written information to appropriate stakeholders.
- Time management and organizational skills required, with an urgency to respond to internal and external customer demands.
- 2 years of industry experience, distribution experience considered a plus.
- Computer skills (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PDF) CribMaster and SX.e are a plus
- Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to create original concepts to train, service, and sell to internal and external customers.
- Prolonged periods standing/being on your feet throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
