Flood Insurance Specialist - Remote
Agility 360 is searching for Flood Insurance Specialists for a remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have previous experience verifying insurance coverage, speaking directly with agents and lenders, and adhering to federal and private flood insurance regulations (depending on the financial institution). This is a remote, 3-month contract opportunity with our client located in the Eastern Time Zone.

- Maintain accurate documentation
- Adhere to federal and private flood insurance regulations
- Communicate with agents and lenders to confirm coverage details, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to overall accuracy anf efficiency of flood operations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year(s) of experience in insurance, loan servicing, or administrative support
- Previous flood insurance experience preferred
- Flood insurance license is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance documentation and compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, especially in professional phone and email interactions
- Familiarity with data entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have access to High-Speed internet
- 3-month contract role
- Shift: M-F 8a-4:30pm EST
- Pay: $19 - $20/hr (based on experience and any related licenses)
- Employment contingent on passing a background check
