What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and homeowners via phone and email, providing prompt, professional support.
• Assist users with navigating online payment tools, reporting features, bulk payment uploads, and other platform capabilities.
• Diagnose client issues, gather detailed information, and identify effective solutions or escalation paths.
• Educate customers on available services, product enhancements, and best practices to maximize their experience.
• Process online payments and accurately document client interactions within internal systems.
• Partner with Operations and technical teams to investigate and resolve service-related concerns.
• Track and report recurring issues, system challenges, and client feedback to help improve processes and user experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of banking products, payment services, and digital platform functionality.
• Deliver empathetic, solution-focused service while managing multiple priorities and meeting service expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 1 years of experience in customer support, client services, banking operations, financial services, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm and resourceful in challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
