Recruiting Sourcer – Manufacturing Talent Acquisition
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruiting Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging top talent—especially passive candidates—for a variety of roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless recruiting experience from sourcing to pre-screening.
What You’ll Do
• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Engage with passive candidates to introduce opportunities and assess interest, alignment, and qualifications.
• Conduct pre-screens to evaluate candidate fit, interest level, and availability.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and recruiting partners to ensure alignment and progress toward hiring goals.
• Manage candidate data and progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide a strong candidate experience, representing the organization’s culture and values in all interactions.
• Contribute to process improvements and creative sourcing strategies to attract top manufacturing talent.
What We’re Looking For
• 4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both candidates and internal partners.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
• Experience with skilled trades and manufacturing roles is a strong plus.
• A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for finding the right people for the right roles.
