Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planner to serve as the lead focal point for the development, execution, and long-term sustainment of the NGA Certification Program. This role is essential for aligning GEOINT certification requirements with the NGA planning, programming, and budgeting process (PPBE). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical tradecraft and executive-level strategic workforce planning, ensuring that all program initiatives comply with DoD Manual 3305.10 and federal accreditation standards.
Strategic Planner Job Duties
Serve as the focal point for all tasks supporting the lifecycle management of the NGA Certification Program in accordance with DoD Manual 3305.10.
Plan and document development, implementation, and sustainment requirements for GEOINT Certification and institutional accreditation.
Coordinate the identification of resource requirements and prepare formal submissions for the NGA Program Build.
Identify and quantify education, training, and renewal requirements, including cost analysis for professional development time, and incorporate these into Planning, Programming, and Budgeting documents.
Design and implement comprehensive plans for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the GEOINT Certification Program.
Coordinate position reviews to identify and categorize GEOINT positions within the certification framework according to prescribed DoD formats.
Engage with NGA and NSG senior leadership to convey strategic workforce planning and human capital initiatives.
Ensure program alignment with applicable laws, including external accreditation standards and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Security Clearance Requirements: Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying.
Experience Requirements
Requires at least 7 years of experience developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and engaging with analysts, training bodies, and leadership.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading credentialing program management office (PMO) functions.
At least 12 months of experience working with external accreditation standards and federal laws (including the Americans with Disabilities Act).
Demonstrated experience with the NGA Program Build or similar IC/DoD budgeting processes.
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Desired Skills / Qualifications
Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) Certified Credentialing Specialist (Highly Desired).
Specific experience working within the NGA or NSG (National System for Geospatial Intelligence).
Demonstrated experience working with classification markings for the Intelligence Community.
Advanced proficiency in designing strategic human capital initiatives and workforce evaluation plans.
