About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing home services team in the Gilbert, AZ area.
This is a residential-focused service position involving HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and customer service, with occasional light commercial work.
We are looking for a technician who is confident in the field, can accurately diagnose HVAC issues, clearly communicate solutions to homeowners, and deliver a great customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
- Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, split systems, package units, and related equipment
- Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues
- Perform refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, recovery, evacuation, charging, and repairs
- Handle occasional light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls
- Clearly explain system conditions, repair recommendations, and available options to customers
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Follow company safety procedures and HVAC industry best practices
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
What we looking for?
- 4 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience servicing and repairing residential HVAC equipment
- Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting knowledge
- Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable explaining repair and system options to homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable working within a performance-based compensation structure
