This role will work across our client base, with a dedicated focus on two growing industrial businesses. You'll work closely with our team's senior marketing strategists to execute digital campaigns, manage day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate projects, and help keep client initiatives moving forward. Tactical responsibilities will include:
- Building, launching, and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting or pausing underperforming campaigns.
- Support programmatic display campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to help the team understand trends in performance, escalate issues or opportunities, and to adjust the campaigns as needed for improved results.
- Manage organic social media activity for client accounts, including scheduling and publishing content and supporting engagement based on established content calendars.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, meeting preparation, and other account logistics.
- Work with internal and external team members to gather content, creative assets, and campaign requirements.
- Basic design or content creation skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
- Experience managing social media accounts including content planning, scheduling, and posting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort supporting client-facing work.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Independent work style, with demonstrated judgement of when to ask questions and escalate issues.
- An interest in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical marketing.
