Summary: We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Energy Management System (EMS) projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful implementation of EMS solutions that optimize energy performance, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals.
Primary Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end EMS project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to deploy EMS technologies and solutions.
· Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client and organizational objectives.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
· Ensure compliance with energy regulations, standards, and best practices.
· Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership.
· Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party contractors as needed.
· Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
· Education: The applicant should have a minimum 4-year degree (or equivalent experience).
· 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in energy systems, building automation, or industrial controls.
· Strong understanding of EMS technologies, energy analytics, and sustainability frameworks.
· PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
