Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools in collaboration with the manager and the design team.
- Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actional insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Support product launches with go-to-market strategies, messaging and promotional plans.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' progressive experience in a B2B marketing organization preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches
- Comfortable working in fast paced, fluid and dynamic growth organizations.
- Excellent team player
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with CRMs tools, lead gen management
- Ability to work in English as well as Portuguese (written and spoken fluency) is a plus
